This AUP outlines prohibited and restricted activities for all Nowtel, Talk Home Mobile, and Talk Home App services.

1. Prohibited Use

You must not use our services for:

• Fraud or identity impersonation
• Bulk messaging, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Violation of any telecom regulation
• Call masking or CLI spoofing
• High-risk digital fraud
• Abuse of unlimited plans
• Reselling calling minutes or data
• Misuse of promotional codes
• Hosting harmful content

2. Fair Usage (Mobile Services)

We may restrict usage if we identify:

• Automated usage
• SIM box activity
• Excessive roaming misuse
• Commercial use of personal plans

3. Security

Users must take reasonable steps to secure their accounts and devices.
