Nowtel Distribution Ltd (“Nowtel”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a telecommunications provider offering mobile services, international calling, top-ups, digital credit, and related products through:

- Talk Home Mobile – MVNO SIM-only service

2. Scope of Services
The Nowtel Group provides:
2.1 Talk Home Mobile (MVNO)
- SIM-only mobile plans
- Data, minutes, and text bundles
- UK and international calling
- Roaming (where applicable)
- Pay-monthly and pay-as-you-go services
2.2 Talk Home App
- International calling credit
- Mobile top-ups
- Digital bundles and airtime
- App-to-phone international calling
- Digital goods and instant delivery
2.3 Nowtel.com
- Corporate information
- Customer support
- Product information
- Online account services
3. User Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Provide accurate registration information
- Not use our services for illegal or fraudulent activity
- Have a valid payment method
4. Account Registration & Verification
You may be required to register an account to use our services.
For security, we may verify your identity using:
- SMS
- Push notification
- WhatsApp OTP verification
- Device checks
You must not share your account credentials with others.
5. Use of WhatsApp for OTP Verification
To protect your account, Nowtel may send you:
- One-Time Passwords (OTPs)
- Login confirmations
- Security alerts
These may be delivered via WhatsApp to your registered number.
We will only use WhatsApp for transactional authentication, not marketing, unless you explicitly opt in.
6. Digital Products & Instant Delivery
Digital goods include international calling credit, mobile top-ups, bundles, and app services.
Once delivered, digital goods are non-refundable and non-returnable, as delivery is immediate and irreversible.

7. SIM Delivery & Activation
For Talk Home Mobile SIM orders:
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location
- You must activate the SIM as per provided guidelines
- Usage is subject to our network partners and fair usage rules
8. Pricing & Payments
All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
We may modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect previously purchased products.
Accepted payment methods include card payments, digital wallets, and in-app payment systems.
9. Fair Usage Policy (Mobile Services)
To prevent misuse, Talk Home Mobile applies Fair Usage restrictions to:
- Unlimited calls/texts
- EU roaming
- Data allowances
If we detect abnormal or automated usage, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your service.
10. Prohibited Activities
You must not use any Nowtel service for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Spam or unsolicited messages
- Caller ID manipulation
- VoIP termination scams
- Abuse of promotional offers
- Network abuse
- Illegal or harmful activity
Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
11. Network Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:
- Uninterrupted operation
- Error-free performance
- Specific call quality at all times
Network outages may occur due to maintenance or third-party provider issues.
12. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, software, and branding—including Talk Home Mobile and Talk Home App—are property of Nowtel Distribution Ltd and protected under intellectual property laws.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nowtel is not responsible for:
- Loss of profit or revenue
- Service interruptions
- Loss of digital credit once delivered
- Issues caused by third-party mobile networks
- Unauthorised use of your account
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You misuse the service
- You violate these Terms
- Fraud is suspected
- Required by law or regulators
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
