Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services sold by Nowtel Distribution Ltd, including Talk Home Mobile and Talk Home App.
1. Digital Goods (NO REFUNDS)
All digital goods—including mobile top-ups, digital bundles, international calling credit, and app-based purchases—are non-refundable once delivered.
This is because delivery is instant and irreversible.
You are responsible for ensuring:
- The correct number is entered
- The correct operator is selected
- You understand what you are purchasing
We cannot reverse mobile recharges once sent to an operator.
2. SIM Cards
2.1 SIM Orders (Not Activated)
If your SIM has not yet been activated, you may request cancellation.
2.2 Activated SIM
Once the SIM is activated or used, refunds cannot be issued.
3. Plans & Subscriptions
Talk Home Mobile plans and app-based plans are prepaid and non-refundable.
No partial refunds are provided for unused data, minutes, or days.
4. Failed or Incorrect Delivery
A refund or replacement may be issued only if:
- The product was not delivered
- Delivery failed due to a system error
- A top-up was applied to the wrong number due to a system fault
- The user was charged but did not receive the service
Requests must be submitted within 7 days.
5. Duplicate Charges
If you were charged twice for the same transaction, we will refund or credit the duplicate amount.
